I don't have a VAT number, can I buy on Fashiondealer?

For purchases made on Fashiondealer.com, VAT requirements vary based on your location and VAT registration status:

EU Customers: A valid VAT number is needed to avoid VAT charges. If a valid VAT number is registered in the VIES system, VAT will not apply to your purchase. Are the products in your warehouse?

ORDERS & PAYMENT

What is the minimum order amount?

The minimum order amount is 500 Euro, excluding VAT.

Are prices displayed on the website inclusive of VAT and delivery costs?

No, the prices on the website exclude VAT and delivery costs, which will be added during checkout.

How is VAT handled for international orders? (reformulate out of EU)

VAT is applied based on the customer's location and VAT number status. VAT exemptions apply for certain cases, such as non-EU customers or EU customers providing a valid VAT number.

How do I place an order on Fashiondealer?

Once registered, you can place an order by selecting products and completing the checkout process. After the purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email with a unique order number.

What are the order statuses and what do they mean?

"Confirmed" after successful payment.
"Booked" for bank transfers until payment is received.
"Working on" when the warehouse starts preparing the order.
"Ready" when the order is ready for dispatch.
"Dispatched" when the goods are shipped or picked up by your carrier.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be automatically canceled if payment via bank transfer is not received within 5 days from order confirmation. If you wish to cancel an order, contact us immediately.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit or debit cards (via Stripe), bank transfers, and PayPal. Availability of payment methods may depend on your location.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

What shipping options are available?

We offer shipping through FedEx, and local shippers depending on the destination. Customers may also arrange their own pick-up.

How long does it take to dispatch orders?

Items are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days from the receipt of payment, but delays may occur. We will notify you of any unexpected delays.

How long will my order take to arrive at the destination?

Italy: 1-3 working days
EU countries: 3-5 working days
Non-EU countries: 5-7 working days

Are customs duties applicable for international shipments?

Yes, customs duties and fees may be applied to shipments outside the European Union based on the destination country’s regulations.

What happens if my order is delayed?

We aim to ship all orders within the standard lead time provided on our website. However, please note that deliveries outside of mainland areas (e.g., islands) may require a few extra days. Occasionally, delays can occur if the carrier is unable to reach you or if the provided shipping information is incorrect.
In such situations, we usually get an alert from the courier and we will contact you without fail to confirm your correct information. When ordering, please make sure that the information provided for the delivery of goods is correct

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I return a product?

Returns are accepted for defective or non-compliant items (e.g., wrong style, color, size). You must notify us within 10 business days of receipt. We will provide a return tracking number if the return is authorized.

How should I package returned items?

How are refunds processed?

Refunds are issued using the same payment method originally used for the purchase. Refund requests for other methods are not accepted.

Are shipping costs refundable in case of returns?

Shipping costs are refundable only if an incorrect product was delivered to you. If you choose to return a product for other reasons, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. Additionally, if we arrange the return shipping for you, a return fee (usually the cost of return shipping) will be deducted from your refund.

How do I request a refund or replacement for defective items?
